    在雙魚座的生活裡

     

    情緒的條控會是她的一門重要的

     

    情緒化是他在各大排行榜上面有所名氣的指標

     

    其實很多時候生理會去影響到心理

     

    由於雙魚座大部分本質身體算是比較勻稱

     

    只要不大吃大喝 正常飲食大部分體態都不會失調

     

    但是如果慵懶不太願意走動

     

    體內的液體代謝變慢 就很容易阻塞

     

    造成水腫 肥胖等問題

     

    因此雙魚座要懂得運動 如果不想流的滿頭大汗

     

    可以考慮簡單的坐坐伸展操  游泳 都是不錯的考慮

     

    飲食上可以多從流質的食物做補充

     

    食材可以挑選小米 大麥 薏仁 排骨 瘦肉 烏雞 豆芽菜 紫菜 南瓜 牡蠣肉

                山藥 蜂蜜 泥鰍 豬心 韭黃 花旗參
