    星座與養生各論 水瓶座3

    水瓶座是一群神奇的思想家

     

    容易會有神來一筆的想法

     

    作為點子的啟發 也會有神奇的表現

     

    但是大部分的水瓶座會很重視腦子裡的思考

     

    有的時候會對於身體機能的訓練有所怠惰

     

    不過水瓶座也是愛面子的一群

     

    就算口裡不說心理也是會一直打轉著自己的外在表現

     

    在運動上建議 可以做輕鬆 而不會很有壓力的運動

     

    如逛街 散步 或者是輕鬆的去健行 與自然界的山峰相交流

     

    會讓身體更健壯些

     

    在飲食上可以吃一些比較好消化 與補血的食物

     

    也可以幫助自己新陳代謝容易些

     

    食材上可以選則 蘋果 乳鴿  枸杞 胡蘿菠 豬肝 蜂蜜 紅棗 豬瘦肉

                   菠菜 紅豆 黑豆 蓮子 雞肉 麻油
